we can make a difference …again

In December of 2021, with the help of a lot of amazing people the 100.3 for Q project, launched in honour of my dear friend Quentin Liedtke raised over $72,000 in support of the Lumara Grief and Bereavement Society.
Well, we’re lining up the rowers once again in support of Lumara, who provide life altering grief and bereavement care for children and families who have suffered devastating loss. Our fundraising goal this year is $50,000; a seemingly insurmountable challenge but with your help I’m hopeful we can be successful.
On December 2nd, 2023 SOLO 100km and TEAM DIVISION participants will gather to row, and pull as one to support bereaved families and children in need. Click the DONATE button to support the project, or donate in support of your favourite rowers.
about the project in my own words.

Quentin Liedtke was a remarkable man and one of my closest friends. In August 2019, Quentin was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, an incurable and aggressive form of brain cancer. For sixteen months Quentin and his family faced this disease with courage and hope, but sadly Quentin died from cancer on December 27th, 2020 with his wife Sarah by his side.
